"Looks good on my phone"
The site looks really nice on my phone and loaded quickly for me. I did notice a couple spots where I had to tap around a bit more than expected, which was a little annoying. Overall though, everything worked fine on mobile and I didn’t run into any major issues...

"It just quietly does its job"
I haven’t had any downtime so far, which I really appreciate. Pages load fast enough that I don’t find myself staring at the little spinning icon, and every update I make saves properly. I notice small stuff like whether a button hesitates after you click it or if a page flickers before loading, and so far it’s all been smooth.

"Pretty good for booking appointments"
Like I said, I mostly use UENI for booking appointments, and it’s been easy overall. Customers can just choose a time themselves instead of us going back and forth in messages, which saves me a lot of time. Like I said, the setup did take me a little while, and a few things weren’t super clear at first, but once I got through it, everything worked fine. I’m giving it 4 stars because I’d still like some simpler options for editing bookings.

"Really good value for the money"
I didn’t expect a whole lot at this price, but ueni has been a nice surprise. The site looks clean, and it saved me from spending hours trying to figure it all out myself.

For my small business, it feels like a fair deal, maybe even better than some of the other options I looked at, though compared to doing it all on my own... Support also helped with a few changes, which I appreciated. So far, I’m happy with it.

I’ve been using ueni for a little while now, and my website is actually starting to show up on Google for local searches. I wasn’t sure it was doing much at first, actually I kind of thought nothing was happening, but the SEO work has definitely started to make a difference. It wasn’t an overnight thing, but overall I’m happy with it so far

Setup was easy, and after a couple of weeks we started getting some genuine enquiries through the site. It wasn’t like a flood of leads overnight, but they’ve been coming in steadily and it’s been worth it for us.

"Better than I expected"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well the website content turned out. It actually sounded natural and made sense for my business, instead of feeling like generic filler. I only needed to tweak a couple of small things. For the price and how quickly it was done, I’m really happy with the result and would definitely use UENI again.

"I was feeling a little nervous at..."
I was feeling a little nervous at first because I wasn’t totally sure how to explain what I wanted, but the website ended up coming out way better than I expected. The layout is clean, it’s easy to read, and it looks great on my phone too. I didn’t have to go back and forth much either, they just seemed to understand the style I was going for. Really happy with the final result.

"support got back to me really fast"
i had a small issue with my site and sent a message to ueni support, not expecting to hear back that same day. but they replied quickly and it actually felt like they read what i wrote, not just some copy-paste response.
it took a couple of messages to get everything sorted, but they stayed on it and fixed it for me. really nice dealing with a support team that doesn’t just leave you waiting around forever.

"Way less confusing than other billing I’ve dealt with"
I’ve used a few services where the bill ends up looking totally different from what I expected, so I really appreciated how straightforward ueni was. No random add-ons or surprise charges showed up, and I could actually tell what I was paying for. Compared to some other platforms, it felt a lot less stressful. Support was helpful too and explained my plan in normal, plain language.
